Lois Bullard draws upon her 30+ years experience in nursing, and Joel Bullard, Manager, leads the Assurance ElderCare Assisted Living executive team.  Mr. Bullard has adopted a strong, centralized management style and encourages independent discussion making by staff.  The forward-thinking philosophy allows Assurance ElderCare Assisted Living staff to respond quickly to resident needs.  Mr. Bullard is involved in the development, ownership, and management of Assurance ElderCare Assisted Living, and has devoted his time to the management and operation of the facility. 

 

Pricing is easy to understand with Assurance ElderCare Assisted Living's straightforward package pricing for its care programs.  Our programs includes meals and snacks,daily housekeeping and maintenance, assistance with medications, laundry, Life Enrichment services, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Levels of care are determined by comprehensive assessment conducted by our health care staff.  Residents' service plans are reviewed on a quarterly basis and a 45 day review by a Registered Nurse as their needs change.
